- Terms of Service: Vendors and sponsors agree to comply with all Event guidelines and policies. We reserve the right to reject or remove any vendor or sponsor that does not adhere to these guidelines.
- Intellectual Property and Licensing: By participating in the Event, vendors and sponsors grant SUPER ARTS FESTIVAL LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their logos, trademarks, and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing and promoting the Event.
6. Donations and Contributions
- Contributions: We accept contributions to support the Event. These contributions are not tax-deductible. By contributing, you acknowledge that the funds will be used at our discretion to enhance the Event.
7. Ticket Sales
